Grading Policy:

 

·        Midterm Exam: 30%

·        Homework Assignments (2): 20% (total = 40%)

·        Final Exam: 30%

·        Participation can be a plus!

 

Other:

 

·        Class attendance is a must!  If you cannot make it to class, I would appreciate an email, or leave a phone message.  Missing 3 consecutive classes subject the student to being withdrawn from the course.  Missing 3 or more classes (non-consecutive) subject the student to a 10 point deduction after the final grade is calculated.

·        Homework assignments are due on time!

·        Exams must not be missed!

·        Class participation makes it more interesting for everyone!
